Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ReelTake. ReelTake is a tool that cuts your video takes, lets you approve and edit your scenes, and can generate a before/after from your own footage.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country to use ReelTake.

You keep ownership of the videos you upload and the videos you export. You give ReelTake permission to process your footage so it can provide the features you ask for, such as transcribing, cutting, and generating a before/after. We do not claim your content and we do not sell it.

You confirm you have the right to use the footage you upload, and that any person appearing in it has agreed to appear.

The before/after generates a version of your own footage with one thing changed, such as skin or body. You are responsible for how you use the result. Do not use it to deceive people about a specific product outcome in a way that breaks the law or a platform's rules, and follow any disclosure requirements the platform you post to has for edited or AI-assisted content.

Do not use ReelTake to create content that is illegal, that impersonates a real person without permission, that sexualizes minors, or that harasses or harms others. We can suspend accounts that break these rules.

Starter and Pro are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. Pro includes a monthly allotment of credits that cover AI generations. Credits are consumed when you generate, and you see the cost before you spend. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.

ReelTake is provided as is, and features may change as the product grows. We work to keep it running well but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption.

You can stop using ReelTake and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

To the extent the law allows, ReelTake is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the product. Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be waived under your local law.
